My Day

Today I spent my Birthday hiking out in the great Kennedy Woods forest. How awesome to be among the ancient trees, frolicking birds and singing crickets. Spring is in the air and I feel alive. Each day I have promised myself this year, to do one thing that makes me happy and 3 months later I feel alive, happy, centred, and grounded! It’s a choice to take a step, a choice to let go and a choice to loving yourself better! Join me and take this challenge too. Live life choosing what makes you happy!
