2021 will be fun!

I was asked a question the other day that got me thinking. It was “How are you a different person this year then the previous year?”

I know that the person I am and the person I am becoming, are two different people. I also know, that 2021 will be a bit shocking in the beginning. New information will catalyst us to understanding, at a deeper level, all that has been hidden from us. It will also encourage us to be better human beings and it will help us clarify what we really do need and want.

I have always been an awakened person but since 2017 I have enlightened to the point that I now understand what is really happening to me, to you, to humanity!

I am a different person this year because I see that the catalyst of last year needed to happen to wake humanity up. It is now, in hindsight, many see the control that has been placed over them for many years, and the systems of politics, education, financial, and healthcare and how they are not working for us but against us. It is time now to allow these systems to fall and to create new systems that are fair and just for all.

I am different today because I want to be.  I want to help break these systems down but with a creative force that will allow rebuild.  I want to be part of the change.  A new earth where humanity works together in unity and works for each other, filling basic needs like shelter, clean water and new ways to grow and store food.

Don’t be afraid to be still and ponder this question and ask yourself these truths of what you really need and want. Going within is the first step in knowing yourself.

I will allow myself to feel the river within me. A river of emotions, hopes and desires to create a better world. A river with differing currents, speeds, and directions that flow in order to bring joy and growth to others. I just hope I land at your riverbank and we can share our love & light and of course some food.

Be safe, Be happy and be open for some fun as we teeter the seesaw of 2021!

The Age of Aquarius

What does it mean for us as we enter the age of Aquarius? The symbol of Aquarius is known as the water barrier but it is not a water sign.

Aquarius is an air sign and this design represents two separate wave forms becoming synchronized by wave frequency. Sometimes with the beginning and ending waves going upwards or downwards. The two waves themselves represent the higher/lower states, heaven/earth and the subconscious/conscious states of thought. The water flowing from the vase is the rise of the age of Aquarius flowing onto humanity in a powerful way, making changes rapidly in the world. It is raising consciousness that brings about a new beginning to humanity.

In ancient Greek Mythology the water barrier was a human boy who was captured by Zeus because of his beauty. He was brought to the heavens and hired by Zeus to be the water barrier and to assist in the reorganization of the Olympian Gods. He was named Ganymede because of his beauty and he was not like by the other Gods. Ganymede represented the new Christ like divine hierarchy that the Gods were supposed to accept. Instead they sent Ganymede into outer space, not hades but outer space, to make contact with space beings to bring about this new Christ like divine hierarchy! It is ironic that we stand at this same precipice in our humanity.

I believe Aquarius being an air sign, will move humanity into an age of vibrational flow and electrical frequency that involves the air, the atmosphere, our minds and our Christ Consciousness. We are no longer in an age of the subconscious (Pisces) but in a conscious state using our supreme divinity and our humanity to bring others (cosmic beings) into a new unified field.

It is up to each of us to look within as we teeter on the age of a new human cycle and allow the flow of waves to transform us into our lost divinity.

IF

If I were a painter I would paint pictures of a garden so great your eyes would never stray. You wanting only to travel pathways leading to boundless beauty.

If I were a sculptor I would sculpt your face, it’s perfect form, delicate, soft, lively, creating and reproducing copies for companionship

If I were a teacher I would show you how the garden provides, all you ever need within your hands. The art of sowing and reaping, caring and connecting.

If I were a scientist I would connect this garden to your body, developing healthy concoctions, plant vibrations, frequencies, providing balance and harmony.

If I were a theologian I would remind you to look up and within. You are as great as the cosmos is vast. Believe in yourself, believe in something greater than you!

If I were a mother I would nurture your soul and its divinity. For my arms are always reaching, to hold you, always reminding, you were created with love.

But I am only a poet, a lost breed whose pen is my third eye and voice. Bringing insight into new ways of thinking and being. A love warrior willing to cause a stir to awaken humanity.

WHO ARE YOU?

I am a divine soul of female gender. Mother, daughter, woman. Planted here to awaken myself from the controlled sleepy reality we live in. We are all veiled with falsehoods. Lies told to protect us. This I question, hence my awakening. I do not need protection from you! I am an Earth Warrior, my protection comes from above or should I say the spiritual world. Earth is my school, my oasis, my prison. Each day I dress for battle. May I remind you it is a battle that has already been won, it just requires our observance and a little role playing. As we rise in our sovereignty and fight the darkness within and outside of us, more people will awaken to the truth of who they are. Divine light souls will emerge and I will remind them, as they dress for battle too, to put on the “Full Amour of God” so that you can take your stand against the evil ones. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood (fellow humans) but against the rulers, authorities and powers of this dark world (humans taken over by evil ones) as well as the spiritual evil forces in the heavenly realms (malevolent extraterrestrial beings).

Ephesians 6:11-18

The question to be answered by each of us as we teeter on the edge of a new world order is Who are you?

Reading Challenge

Good morning beautiful souls I hope this day counts you on the well being side of life. I just wanted to give you an update on my reading challenge. I have now surpassed my personal challenge and I have honestly read 45/37 books. I just updated my Goodreads and forgot about the last few books I had read last month. I will continue to read till the end of December. I joined a virtual library book club this month and I am enjoying listening to all the books everyone has read or wants to read. We even had a few authors in our club and a woman from Madrid Spain joined our Essex County Ontario, Canada virtual book club. How awesome is that! We are given a list afterwards which I then pass on to my book reading friends and family.

How is your book reading challenge going? Did you join a virtual club?

Nanowrimo

We are in the middle of the National Novel Writing month, where it is everyone’s goal to reach 50,000 words towards a new novel. I am happy to share I have written 12,000 plus words towards mine. Words I might not have written, were not for this opportunity. Thank you to those who have offered encouragement to me during this process which is by no means an easy thing to do!

It is awe-inspiring each time I read one of Howards letters and how he shares his heartfelt love through poetry and his artistic ability to draw little pictures. I have just sorted out all the letters and have began the process of documenting. This is a 6 month commitment for sure but I am encouraged as I teeter on the edge of a nostalgic memoir evolving.

Once again please feel free to leave an encouraging message or connect with me in other ways.

Learning Through Nature

Have you connected to nature lately? Earlier this month I had the opportunity to go for a walk along the Windsor Riverfront with a friend. It was a warm beautiful November day that called to fellow outdoor enthusiasts to fall in step.

The Detroit skyline rose from blue sky reflections of the lazy Detroit river. A river that flows into Lake Erie’s basin by the tip of Amherstburg, Ontario. We walked along with no distractions, no phones ringing, no need to fill the silence, just admiring the sculpture gardens, the people unmasked, heavy in conversations.

When was the last time you sat or walked in nature with a family member, friend or lover and listened to their troubles or joys without judging or shifting them to be someone else? I found on this day even when our conversation was one of joy and peace, that new aspects of myself began to flow forward. I felt the stillness of nature. I sensed the shape of leaves, their colours transforming the landscape, the whisper of birds singing songs of joy!

Being in nature helped me accept the gift of life. That gift being, to know yourself fully beyond the daily distractions. Today I teeter on the threshold of happiness connected through nature. In the calm I create each day, I can accept the mysteries of the universe lie within me. I also accept that I create my own life and above all, I accept that I need YOU to help me experience each brand new day!

Be love, Be happy

National Novel Writing Month

Yes Nanowrimo is here again! and I decided to join this year. I will be taking the month of November to start a draft manuscript of a book I comprised a few years ago. After the passing of my mother in law, we found a bag of love letters in the bottom of her closet. These love letters were written in the 1940’s after the war, the year they were courting. Yes that is what they used to call dating. My how dating has changed but falling in love is timeless. These letters were given to me to use as I wish. I cherished my mother in law, even after her son & I divorced, she remained a major role in our family’s life.

The memoir “The Courtship of Gwendolyn Eve” comes from my heart to yours. A distant whisper calling us to court.

Feel free to leave comments of encouragement and interest in this topic.

Body Talk

I talk a lot about our minds and spirits but less about our physical bodies. Last week during Thanksgiving weekend I decided to put my body to the test. I am overweight for my height and because of…, well you know the list of reasons we tell ourselves why we can’t lose weight, I decided it was my time.

Often I desire to lose the weight but have not put the discipline in to get the desired results. Our bodies do so much for us. I am very grateful for mine and its time I showed myself the self love that is missing. I live with a paramedic who is constantly telling me about 50-65 yr old’s who are in bad shape so that’s a statistic I do not want to follow. I do feel stiff, out of breath and lethargic sometimes blaming my age but hell no I’m 58 yrs young and I have lots of grandchildren I enjoy being active with. It’s time for Nana to take that army discipline she was taught many years ago and get back in shape.

Today marks week 1 and I am feeling so much better already. Just being outside lifts my spirit and I can’t tell you how many happy people I passed today that said hi and wished me well! You don’t get that sitting inside the house! The picture above is one of the trails I use and as you can see it is beautiful!

To prepare for this new journey I bought vitamins, fruit for smoothies, metabolism booster tablets and I put an app on my phone (the free pacer app) to help me graph the data. I started a walking program and walk soon after I get up in the morning. Stretching exercises before walking are very important I forgot one day and I was so stiff I could barely make it up my stairs when I got home. By walking early I found that if I wanted to walk again there would be time to do so, thus being able to double my daily steps/miles. After each walk make sure you do cool down exercises, these can be found on the app and they are very helpful.

Here is a walking chart I followed:

Of course being an ex letter carrier I started at 3 miles a day just because of the trail I use and I am capable of walking that distance. I now find walking my favourite way to meditate. It is the perfect way to ground yourself and the sound of the birds as they follow you adds to the bliss. Watching the hawks as they circle and the leaves turning the most precious of harvest colours, fills me with peace. For those interested in my journey I hope to inspire you to start your own challenge. Loving your body is just as important as loving and attending to your mind & spiritual needs.

Each day is a new beginning and I will keep you updated on my success.

Wholeness to all, Jacqueline
